Just a short 20 minute drive up scenic A1A is St. Augustine, America's oldest city. Opening in March ‚2008, it will showcase upscale residences and huge retail outlets, movie theaters, plus fine dining and shopping. Just south on A1A is Flagler Beach, where you can enjoy more local flavor, historic homes right on the sand, and the Flagler Beach Municipal pier, where families gather to fish and swap stories.
