Palm Coast Florida is located halfway between World Famous Daytona Beach and Historic St. Augustine, just 90 minutes from Walt Disney World, and right on Florida’s east coast just minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Construction was completed in March of 2007. The home is decorated in Palm motif, giving you the feeling of being on vacation the moment you step inside.

We carefully chose this unit and location when we bought pre-construction. It is the largest unit available at Tidelands on the Intracoastal (2317 sq), and faces north and east, looking east out over the gorgeous Intracoastal waterway and nature trails, and north over the newly built Intracoastal pool complex and lake. We purposely chose north-east exposure and this 2nd floor unit because of the view, the proximity to the pool and the lighting that you enjoy full time.

Tidelands has an amazing club house, pool, exercise room, games room, whirlpool spa, lunch grill and more at the main entrance, but our unit is secluded in the nature trails, but just steps away from the most amazing pool and spa with kids splash area. We discovered that it was the best location in the community.

This corner unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably and all rooms feature TV / DVD and wireless DSL. All rooms, including the living room and kitchen, have ceiling fans. It is tiled throughout except for in the bedrooms, where you’ll find luxurious Berber carpet. Other luxuries include programmable thermostat, energy efficient appliances, granite countertops, in-wall pest control system and hurricane glass throughout.
